A RUNX1 inhibitor protects against LPS-induced septic shock in vivo. LPS (20 mg/kg) was used to induce septic shock in C57BL/6 mice in the presence or absence of the RUNX1 inhibitor, Ro 5-3335. The survival rates of these mice were recorded (A), and the Il-6 mRNA levels in the kidneys were detected by RT-qPCR (B).
