Glycosyltransferase activities of N terminus (DUF1792), C terminus (CgT), and the full-length dGT1. In vitro glycosyltransferase activity assays were performed using either Glc-GlcNAc-Fap1 (A and B) or Glc-Glc-GlcNAc-Fap1 as an acceptor substrate (C and D).
