Effect of dietary ethanol and/or guanidinoacetate ingestion on serum homocysteine, insulin, non-essential fatty acid and hepatic non-essential fatty acid levels. Rats were fed the Lieber DeCarli control or ethanol diet with or without 0.36% GAA supplementation.
