The SEM image showed a uniformly distributed degree of Ag-P integrated into the silicone polymer membrane. The atomic percent of Ag was investigated with EDX, and the results were detected for Ag atomic element in the silicone membrane, respectively. (Magnification: x5K, x20K, and x30K).
