Effect of silencing FERM domain containing 4A (FRMD4A) on the cell cycle in CAL27 cells. Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) analysis revealed that there was a significantly higher percentage of cells in the G1 phase in the experimental group transfected with FRMD4A-siRNA (C) than in the control groups which were either (A) untreated or (B) transfected with control-siRNA.
