Rolipram (ROL) decreases spinal pro-inflammatory cytokine levels in rats with bone cancer pain (BCP). The levels of (A) interleukin (IL)-1β, (B) IL-6, (C) tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and (D) chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 2 (CCL2) were examined by ELISA.
