(A) The activities of catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were reduced by GSK1016790A, whereas superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was unaffected. (B,C) The protein level (B) and activity (C) of nNOS were increased by GSK1016790A.
