Cucumber (cv. Ashley) plant responses to Fe supply in normal pH or alkaline nutrient solution. Cucumber seedlings were pre-treated in hydroponic solution with 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, or 10 μM Fe for 3 days, and then supplied without or with 10mM bicarbonate (BIC) for 4 days.
