Each panel describes the use of drugs in each case; the first shows pharmacies that did not refer the standardised patient to another health-care provider (left panel) and the second shows those who did (right panel). Both cases are presented in percentages; the percentages making referral decisions are shown below the case labels in each panel. Percentages indicate the number of interactions within each case-referral category dispensing the indicated types of drugs; percentages may add to more than 100% due to rounding.
