(b) HA-tagged CaMKII from H9C2 cells were attached to anti-HA magnetic beads and incubated with WT Drp1 or S616A mutation purified from E. coli. (2 μM) in the presence or absence of calmodulin (1 mM) and Ca2+ (1 mM) for 24 h. The supernatant was used for Western blot to detect Drp1 S616 phosphorylation.
