Effect of PNA length on the inhibition of IRES-dependent translation of firefly luciferase. PNA lengths are noted for derivatives of PNAs P6 and P3. Firefly luciferase activity was normalized relative to renilla luciferase activity. Percentages are calculated relative to luciferase activity in the presence of added lipid only.
