Human PMNs were preloaded with luminol, as described in Materials and Methods, and exposed to LAC, LACΔsaeR/S, or RPMI, and chemiluminescence was measured. (B) Total relative neutrophil ROS production determined by calculating the area under the curve (AUC) from A.
