Effect of compound 1 on cell surface levels of CD11b, CD14 and CCR2 on untreated (“unstim”) and IL-1β-treated (“IL-1β”) monocytes. Monocytes from whole blood were incubated for 72 hours with or without IL-1β (10 ng/mL), in the presence or absence of compound 1. Samples were analyzed using flow cytometry.
