Effect of YD0171 on cell viability and cell death in HCT116 cells. Cells were treated with YD0171 (100, 300 or 1 mmol/L) for 48 h, followed by flow cytometry analysis of phospholipid redistribution by the annexin V/propidium iodide assay.
