Effect of YD0171 treatment on plasma markers of organ damage in mice. Mice were subjected to intraperitoneal injection of YD0171 in two divided doses (total daily doses: 2, 6, 20 and 60 mg/kg/d) for five consequent days. On the morning of the sixth day, animals were killed and blood was collected and analyzed by the Vetscan system. Data are shown as mean ± SEM of n = 5 mice per group; *p < 0.05 indicates a significant effect of YD0171 compared with vehicle control.
