Liver and kidney histological pictures from mice treated with vehicle or YD0171. Mice were subjected to intraperitoneal injection of YD0171 in two divided doses (total daily doses: 2, 6, 20 and 60 mg/kg/d) for five consequent days. On the morning of the sixth day, animals were killed and tissues subjected to H&E staining and histological analysis. From each group, sections from three randomly selected animals are shown.
