Reactivity of Lia1/2 to wild-type and mutant human β1 chains by flow cytometry

Human β1 chains with human-to-mouse mutations were transiently expressed on CHO cells, and the reactivity of the cells to mAbs was examined by flow cytometry; numbers represent mean fluorescence intensity values. Clonal CHO cells stably expressing human wild-type β1 were used as positive control. /+ represents positive reactivity to the mAbs.
