Symptomatic aortic valve disease and bladder cancer had perfect correlation with OOP expenditure, and were dropped from the analysis. Similarly, symptomatic and asymptomatic aortic valve disease had perfect correlation with insurer expenditure, and so were excluded from the insurer expenditure regression.
