Genotype groups used were: Adrb2^{flox +/+} GLAST-CreERT2^+/- animals treated with tamoxifen (KO) or the corn oil vehicle (CO), tamoxifen treated conditional Cre expressing mice (CRE) (Adrb2^{flox -/-}GLAST-CreERT2^+/-) and tamoxifen treated floxed mice (FLX) (Adrb2^{flox +/+}GLAST-CreERT2^-/-).
