Raising extracellular Ca²⁺ increases lysosomal exocytosis. Data are expressed as percentage of lysosomal exocytosis in cells exposed to normal 1 mM Ca²⁺. B. High levels of tBHP cause significant suppression of lysosomal exocytosis in 2x Ca²⁺ buffer. Cells were treated and the data are expressed essentially the same as in Fig 3C.
