Functional distribution of proteins identified in Clematis terniflora DC. leaves. C. terniflora leaves were collected pre- and post-treatment with high level of UV-B irradiation for 5 h followed by dark for 36 h. Proteins within the leaves were identified using a 2-DE gel proteomic technique based on MALDI-TOF-MS/MS. The function of each identified protein was predicated and categorized using MapMan bin codes. Numbers of categorized proteins are shown in the graph.
