NCM460 cells were treated with STW5 or STW5-II (1; 5; 10; 20 μl/ml) or single plant extract (percentage of STW5-II calculated for 10 μl/ml according to content in herbal preparation) for 4 h prior to induction with the CM (10 ng/ml TNF-α, 5 ng/ml IL-1β, and 10 ng/ml IFN-γ) for 24 h.
