a Age dependent cut off points for body mass index (BMI) were used in order to categorize children and adolescents into the weight categories: underweight, normal weight, and overweight. Body weight of adults and elderly was categorized into underweight (BMI < 20 kg/m2), normal weight (BMI 20–25 kg/m2) and overweight (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2)
