The function abc-sysbio-sum reads the sbml model file and extracts all model specific information. The file contains the (always included) number of compartments and reactions. Some models also contain rules, functions and events. The file acts as a ‘dictionary’ for all ABC-SysBio steps. The software renames parameters and species. In the second column are the original sbml identifiers, while the new names are in the third column. The numbers in brackets denote the default values as defined in the sbml model file.
