The chromosome conformations for lung fibroblast cells (IMR90) obtained using the initial phenomenological radial placement of ref. 50, and the steering dynamics based on the Hi-C data in refs ¹¹ and ¹² (see Fig. 2A) were recondensed towards a mitotic-like arrangements by means of attractive interactions between pairs of loci (single beads) equally-spaced along the sequence at 200 kb (66 beads).
