Roots, stems and leaves were hybridized with sense probe GST7 (A,B,G,H,M,N) and antisense probe GSSP6 (C,D,I,J,O,P), respectively. Roots, stems and leaves were hybridized with antisense probe GSSP6 after 4 treatment for 24 °C hours (E,F,K,L,Q,R). The white arrows indicated the hybridization signal.
