Data are presented as the mean ± SD of at least three independent biological replicates. Pro-B cells (green line), MEFs (red line), and pro-T cells (blue line) are presented. Diagram of the PCR amplicons is shown below the graph. PCR products are 87 ± 2 bp in size and are spaced 10 ± 9 bp apart.
