For the decay curve of EGF at 25°C, a double exponential fit using model F(t) = y0+C1*exp(-k1*x)+C2*exp(-k2*x) was selected (see Fig 2A). Fit parameters are displayed in this table. Adj. R2 stands for Adjusted R- Square.
