Table 3b.

Weights (mean ± standard error) on postnatal day 30. At PND 30, significant differences were found according to the parental care received; high-contact offspring had lighter body weights compared to medium-contact offspring, while low-contact and high-contact offspring did not differ. Day 30 body weight also differed by sex, with males weighing more. The sex by treatment interaction was not significant.

Medium contact 30.947 ± 0.510 36.001 ± 1.135
