Nuclear calcium signaling does not regulate nuclear translocation of NFATc1 in primary human T cells. (A) T cells transfected with expression vectors for CaMBP4.mCherry (CaMBP4) or mCherry were left unstimulated (ctr), were stimulated with a combination of antibodies to CD3 and CD28 in the presence or absence of cyclosporine A (CsA) and FK506, or were stimulated with ionomycin (iono) for 30 min.
