The curves for ${k_1}^{-1}$ correspond to those shown in S4 Fig. The curve for ${k_{\text{on}}}^{-1}$ is close to that of ${k_1}^{-1}$, ${k_1}^{-1}$, and ${k_2}^{-1}$ for mean, sd, and c_v, respectively. The curve for ${k_3}^{-1}$ is similar to that of ${k_2}^{-1}$ in all cases and is thus omitted.
