Mouse primary colorectal fibroblasts were grown in rat tail collagen discs. A. Fibroblasts were treated with 2 Gy x-rays or 5 ng/mL TGFβ1. B. Fibroblasts grown in 0.25 μM MnTnBuOE-2-PyP (BuOE) and treated with 2 Gy x-rays or 5 ng/mL TGFβ1. C. Collagen disc area measurements. All data are representative of the mean and standard deviation and were obtained from 3 independent experiments. p-values and significance were determined using 1-way ANOVA followed by post hoc Tukey's test for multiple comparisons.
