Effects of the combined irradiation and CpG ODN 7909 treatment plus p65 knockdown on p65 protein expression in H460 cells. H460 cells were treated with CpG ODN 7909 alone or in combination with ionizing radiation and then transfected with p65 siRNA for 48 h and subjected to protein extraction and Western blot analysis of p65 protein levels.
