CAMTA1 is required for the effects of lncCAMTA1 on HCC cell proliferation and stemness properties. (A) CAMTA1 expression in lncCAMTA1 stably depleted and control HepG2 cells; (B) CCK-8 assays showed that knockdown of CAMTA1 abrogated the proliferation-inhibitory effect of lncCAMTA1 depletion on HepG2 cells; (C) Knockdown of CAMTA1 abrogated the decrease of stem cell markers and transcription factors CD133, CD13, OCT4, SOX2, and NANOG caused by lncCAMTA1 depletion.
