Definitions: Diabetes => HbA1c ≥ 6.5 or history or meds; Hypertension => SBP ≥ 130 or DBP ≥ 85 or history or meds; IGT => 5.7 ≤ HbA1c < 6.5 and No Diabetes (as defined above); IGT + DM => Diabetes (as defined above) or IGT (as defined above).
