Velocity is represented by arrows and color field indicating magnitude of speed (cyan slowest speed and purple highest speed).The maps in this example indicate that both the laparoscopic device and reference electrodes have recorded consistent propagation in an aboral direction. The 8 second delay visible in the registration of slow wave activity between the laparoscopic device and the reference array can be attributed to the distance between the recording devices during data collection (see Figure 2).
