*Abnormal laboratory findings mean the elevation of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR; >20mm/hr) and C-reactive protein (CRP; >0.5mg/dL). Patient No. 7 was injected 1st generation cephalosporin intravenously according to the culture result for the first week, but ESR and CRP values were elevated continuously. We changed 1st generation cephalosporin to vancomycin and the injection was lasting for 6 weeks, symptoms of patient and laboratory findings were improved. Wound exploration and implant removal were performed. §Only wound exploration was performed because patients had no implantation.
