YZFDF increased SH-SY5Y cell viability against Aβ _1–42 oligomer toxicity. Cells were pretreated with or without various concentrations of YZFDF for 2 h and then incubated with 10 μM Aβ _1–42 oligomer for 24 h. Subsequently, cell viability was measured by the MTT assay.
