YZFDF protects SH-SY5Y cells from Aβ 1–42 oligomer induced ER-related apoptosis. YZFDF decreased the expression of caspase-12, caspase-3, cleaved caspase-12, and cleaved caspase-3 in Aβ 1–42 oligomer treated cells in a dose-dependent manner.
