BMMs were cultured with 30 ng/ml M-CSF, 50 ng/ml RANKL, 0.1 mg/ml Ti particles and various concentration of SrCl2 (2.5, 5 and 10 mM) for 24 hours. (A) The gene copies of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were determined by using RT-PCR. (B) The protein expression of those inflammatory cytokines in the supernatant was analyzed by ELISA. All experiments were performed at least three times. *P <  0.05 and **P <  0.01 compared with control group.
