Immunohistologic analysis using 1B5, 3B3, 2B6, and CS56 anti-CS antibodies. In the wild-type and RB813 (ok625) mutant animals, the eggshells of the developing embryos were reactive with 1B5 (a and b) and 3B3 (c and d) antibodies. No signal was observed in the wild-type animals for 2B6 or CS56 antibodies (e and f). The specimens were pretreated with (a–e) or without (f) CSaseABC.
