We show the cumulative incidence function of (A) hypothyroidism and (B) ending monotherapy, calculated with the naïve non‐parametric counting process estimator (analogous to Kaplan−Meier), which separates out the risk of hypothyroidism from ending monotherapy. These curves represent the risk observed as the drugs are currently prescribed, without accounting for treatment and observation biases.
