| Inhibit | The ability to control or inhibit behavior. E.g. “I am impulsive.” |
| Shift | The ability to transition and switch freely between situations. E.g. “I have trouble changing from one activity or task to another.” |
| Emotional Control | The ability to appropriately modulate emotional reactions to a situation. E.g. “I have angry outbursts.” |
| Self-monitor (Monitor, Version-SR) | Awareness of own behavior and its effects on others. E.g. “I don't know when my actions bother others.” |
| Initiate (Version-A only) | The ability to start an activity with ease. E.g. “I have problems getting started on my own.” |
| Working Memory | The ability to hold goal-related information internally for a specific task or reason. E.g. “I forget what I'm doing in the middle of things.” |
