(A) Immunofluorescence was performed using antibodies against the p65 subunit of NF-kB (green staining). Nuclei were stained in blue with DAPI. (B) The intensity of p65 staining in nuclei was quantified. Values are mean ± SEM of 3 rats per group. For each rat at least 120 cells per section were counted in at least eight different sections.
