(B) Typical microstructure of porous SiOC ceramics obtained using 20% polysiloxane and 80% expanded microspheres (461DE20d70). The green compacts were cross-linked at 180 °C in air followed by pyrolysis at 1200 °C for 1 h in nitrogen.
