Improvement of ACh-induced vasodilation in coronary arterioles in ApoE KO treated with anti-TNF-α antibody (A), anti-LOX-1 antibody (B) or adiponectin (C) was abolished by incubation with the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor L-NAME.
