A) Inducible bax/bak DKO FDM cells were treated for 24 h with or without 100 nM 4HT to induce BimS2A expression as indicated. Cell lysates were prepared and immunoblotted with anti-flag to detect flag-BimS2A or ß-actin as indicated. B) Inducible WT and bax/bak DKO FDM cells were treated with or without 100 nM 4HT to induce BimS2A expression as indicated. Cell viabilities were determined 24 h after the addition of 4HT.
