Table 2. Biophysical characterization of T2D-, T2D/A4V- and WT-SOD1.

T2D, T2D/A4V and WT indicate unmodified species, GS-T2D, GS-T2D/A4V and GS-WT indicate C111-glutathionylation enriched species. Thermal melting temperatures (Tm) for the unfolding process of SOD1 monomers were measured by circular dichroism thermal denaturation. Dimer dissociation rate constants (koff) were measured by surface plasmon resonance. The standard deviation is indicated with ±.
