Conversion of various forms of sugar cane bagasse and crystalline cellulose into glucose, gluconic acid, cellobiose and cellobionic acid by M. thermophila M77 enzymes. M. thermophila M77 secretome produced on “in natura” sugar cane bagasse was concentrated and used to hydrolyze SCBIN (closed symbols), EC (cellufloc, dark shaded symbols), SCBDL (light shaded symbols) and SCBSE (±) at 50 °C. In a the release of glucose and gluconic acid is shown and in b the conversion percentage from total available sugars was estimated
