Study inclusion and exclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria

Diagnosed with stage I, II, or III prostate cancer  Completed active treatment for prostate cancer within the previous 3–12 months (patients on hormone treatment were eligible to participate)  The ability to complete surveys in the English language

Exclusion criteria

Any musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or neurological disorders that could limit exercising
